 Please be aware that Yaas Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any delays in service caused by Royal Mail, whether due to the ongoing  pandemic or any postal strikes that may occur i.e During Christmas periods

Refunds, Returns or Exchanges

At YAAS Jewellery, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 7-day refund or exchange when receiving your item except earrings. To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item(s).

 

To ensure a successful exchange, please make sure that the item is unworn and has intact tags. Before returning the item, kindly send us a message either through the contact us page or via email at yaasjewellery@gmail.com to confirm that we have the item in stock. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-refundable. Lastly, please be reminded that the buyer is responsible for paying the return postage fees.

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. It is important to carefully review your order before submitting it to ensure that all details are correct. Thank you for your understanding.

Faulty Items

 Our company policy states that tarnishing or discolouration caused by chemical contact, perfumes, bleaching, heat exposure and general wear and tear is not considered a fault. If an item is deemed faulty or shows signs of damage or wear (such as scratches) within its original packaging, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of arrival.

Once the item has been returned and inspected by us, we will replace or refund it accordingly. If the item is out of stock, we will exchange it for a same-priced item, but please contact us to confirm availability. However, if the item has been mistreated or damaged, it will not be replaced or refunded. Please note that the buyer is responsible for paying the return postage fees.

Returning an Item

 

Please note that we require all returned items to be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. Additionally, the item must be in its original packaging. If the item is deemed un-sealable, we will not be able to accept the return and will notify you via email..

 Please follow the steps below to return your parcel to us:

  • Re-pack the item in a sealed bag with all original packaging still attached.

  •  Please attach your label and address it to us, address will be provided once we have received your return email.

  •  Please note that the package must be returned using TRACKED DELIVERY ONLY. As the sender, you will be responsible for covering the shipping cost of returning the item. I regret to inform you that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Once we receive and verify the condition of your item(s), a complete refund of the item(s) will be issued. Kindly note that the delivery charges will not be refunded. The credit will be applied to the original payment method used for the purchase. The refund process usually takes about 5 business days, subject to your bank's processing time.

  • Please note that in the event of a parcel being returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of redelivery. Thank you for your understanding.
